In January, we at Coldwell Banker Orcas Island began an extensive refurbishing project. Now, we have completed our new look! (We have an increased awareness of the work involved in moving, thanks to our refurbishing, and want to refer you to invaluable tips on moving, courtesy of the NW MLS' REporter.)
Our century-plus old building was repainted and recarpeted. We have new cushions on the bay window banquette, and the floor in our back hallway and bathroom was replaced with a lovely slate-looking tile.
Meanwhile, many of our agents worked from their homes while Brianna, office manager, Margie, website specialist, and Pat, Broker/Owner, held down the fort from Pat's office.
